Kaki Lybbert is a highly respected North Texas REALTOR®, residential specialist, industry advocate, and longtime leader whose career reflects nearly three decades of service, excellence, and commitment to the real estate profession. Since 1997, Kaki has been buying and selling real estate with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite in Denton, Texas, where she has consistently ranked among the company’s top producers and built a reputation for trusted guidance, strong market knowledge, and exceptional client care.

A fifth-generation Texan with deep roots in Copper Canyon and the greater Denton County area, Kaki brings a rare combination of professional expertise and personal connection to the communities she serves. Her understanding of North Texas is shaped not only by years of real estate experience, but also by a lifelong appreciation for land, history, family, and community. That perspective allows her to serve clients with insight, authenticity, and a genuine understanding of the people, properties, and neighborhoods that make this region so special.

Kaki’s contributions to the real estate industry extend far beyond her work with buyers and sellers. In 2021, she was named Texas REALTOR® of the Year, the highest honor awarded by Texas REALTORS®, recognizing a career built on service, leadership, advocacy, and outstanding contributions to Texas real estate. The award was announced at the statewide association’s annual Shaping Texas Conference and honored Kaki’s decades of involvement at the local, state, and national levels.

Throughout her career, Kaki has been a powerful voice for REALTORS® and property owners. She served as the 2022 Vice President of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS® and has held numerous leadership roles within both the National Association of REALTORS® and Texas REALTORS®. She has served as Chair of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, Chair of TREPAC, and Chair of multiple NAR advocacy and RPAC committees, including the RPAC Major Investor Council, Corporate Investor Council, and RPAC Fundraising Forum. Her leadership has allowed her to help advance policies that strengthen the real estate profession, protect private property rights, and support the communities REALTORS® serve.

Kaki’s professional credentials further reflect her commitment to excellence and continued education. She holds several respected designations and certifications, including CRS, Certified Residential Specialist; ABR®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative; SRES®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist; BPOR, Broker Price Opinion Resource; and C2EX, Commitment to Excellence. These designations represent specialized knowledge, advanced training, and a dedication to providing clients with a high level of professional service.

Her passion for real estate was shaped early in life. Kaki’s father served as president of the Dallas Home Builders Association, giving her an early appreciation for housing, development, advocacy, and the role real estate plays in building communities. She later studied Business Administration at Louisiana State University, and her professional path has continued to reflect a strong blend of business acumen, relationship-building, leadership, and service.

Outside of real estate, Kaki is a history enthusiast who enjoys genealogy and preserving family stories. She and her husband, Dallas attorney Roger Foster, live in North Texas with their dachshund, Molly, along with cows, horses, goats, chickens, and other animals on their property. Her family remains an important part of her life and work, including her daughter Katie, a registered nurse who also works alongside Kaki, and Katie’s husband, Jodie, who is also a REALTOR®.
